After years of working for different mortgage lenders, Kirk, owner of Freedom Lending, realized there had to be a better way to help clients get approved for a loan and purchase their home. Starting back in 1999, Kirk cut his teeth in the mortgage business calling on builders and Realtors to cultivate relationships. The model hasn’t changed so much the last 20+ years for growing those relationships. What has changed is the way clients interact throughout the process and what the client is looking for.

Many clients want the ease of applying, fast turn-around for the approval, and quick, accurate, on-time closings. This is one of the pillars of Freedom Lending! It’s one of the building blocks on why the company was started.

Freedom takes ownership of the client’s loan from start to finish to ensure they have a smooth, hassle-free closing. We take the stress away from the client of wondering if they are getting a “good deal” and we do the “shopping for a mortgage” for the client. We have relationships with the top lenders in the nation along with many smaller lenders. All of these lenders are competing for our business. This in turn, gets us lower rates and fees that we pass along to the client. Studies have now shown, that working with a mortgage broker like Freedom Lending, saves the client over $9000 over the life of the loan.
